It’s been a while since my last post.  My sincere apologies for my inconsistency in regular post updates.  A lot has been happening behind the scenes that needed to be rectified before post updates.  Heal The Broken Hearted has fully launched out and I am highly expectant with what the Lord is doing and about to do.

I will be hosting an event on Saturday 25TH October 2014 called The Secret Place. The Secret Place event.  I have written so much about the secret place: The key to the Secret Place 1 & 2, The Secret Place, Prayer, Enter into His Presence, In the Secret Place, Place of Rest 1 &2.  But I still believe that there is much more to the secret place.

It time is to experience Him on a deeper level of intimacy with our Heavenly Father.  We can’t really get enough of Him, the more we seek Him the more we want more.  Why don’t you register online for a wonderful time with the Lord.  The Secret Place Event is free but you need to register online to confirm attendance.  Please click here to to register.

I look forward to seeing you all there. This is the beginning of the great and mighty things the Lord wants to do.  Come and join me in being a part of this so together we can impact lives and transform nations.

Thank you

It is so easy to let life pass by and forget every good reason to be grateful to God.  We can get so easily distracted by the challenges, circumstances and the main essence of living.  We can get entangled with the ups and downs,  distresses of life that appreciating God becomes a mere thing to us.  So I took time out to reflect on the seven reasons to be grateful to God.

#1 LIFE

I would like to appreciate God for being alive  as a living being not as a living doing or dead being.  Being who I am in Him not in my efforts but resting in Him in spirit and truth, permitting Him to take full control.   It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life John 6:63.

#2 NATURE

Have you ever walk along the road, in the fields or park with the aim of appreciating His beautiful nature created by Him and most importantly the air we breath.   I am really grateful to God for He is the air I breathe, His presence brings life to  me.  When the wind blows His spirit moves.   He has given us dominion and authority over the fish of the sea, birds of the air, the animals, over every creeping thing on earth and all the earth (Genesis 1:26).  It is a privilege to have full access to the earthly nature and enjoy life in abundance.

#3 FRIENDS, FAMILIES, LOVED ONES AND DESTINY HELPERS

Thank you Lord for bringing alongside my Husband, friends and families to love, support and encourage me.  Life without my loved ones is an aimless worthless one.  I appreciate you all for the Lord using you as an instrument to impact my life especially my loving Husband.  Moreover the people whom I call destiny helpers the Lord has connected me with that helped, guided and mentored me in fulfilling God’s purpose in my life, I would like to say a big thank you.  God has divinely orchestrated it all to fall into alignment with His plans and purposes

#4 HE IS MY PROVIDER

I cant take for granted the fact that He has been my provider from the beginning and will be to the end. My daily needs are catered for (Matthew 6:11).  Knowing that He has a storehouse of secret treasures waiting for me to walk into and possess with boldness and courage of who I am in Him.  It has already been made available so I thank You Heavenly Father for giving me divine access to all that I require and desire according to Your will.

#5 HE IS MY HIDING PLACE

When challenges or problems try to overwhelm me, I find refuge in Him.  Perfect peace, perfect rest is found in Him.  He is my hiding place, my place of refuge, place of rest and restoration in Him.  I have learnt to trust in Him even when my mind cant comprehend but my heart trusts in Him.  Thank You for being my hiding place during the storms of life.

#6 BECAUSE HE IS GOD

I cant complain because You are God, You are the first and the Last.  Everything works out for good because You love me and I am called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).  You called me Your beloved daughter in whom You are well pleased with.  I have a PHL degree (PRECIOUS HONORED LOVED) in You (Isaiah 43:4).  Therefore I am not afraid of who I am in You, THANK YOU JESUS

#7  I STILL STANDING

This year has been challenging for me with problems and circumstances being thrown at me everywhere nevertheless I am still standing.  You never gave up on me and You will never leave me nor forsake me.  These problems have tried to weigh me down but His yoke is easy and His burdens are light.  What a wonderful God He is, what a loving Father He is, I AM THANKFUL TO GOD

There is so much more to write about but these seven reasons to be grateful to God are a starting point,  They are endless, I can never stop thanking God for who He is,  all He has done and will do.  I keep my eyes fixed on Him not on my surroundings, my eyes are permanently set above not below, I look up to the sky and trust Him to see me through it all.

As Christians who are anointed to pursue, possess and recover all that the Lord has in store for you, it is time to take your position of authority and command your morning, command things that be not as though they were.  To achieve this you need to understand the key steps to taking your position of authority.  Without understanding what you need to do, all your invested time and efforts becomes futile.

All power, dominion and authority belongs to Jesus.  Jesus Christ is the Head of all principalities and powers (Colossians 2:9-10)..  As Sons and Daughters who have inheritances in His Kingdom, we have a mandate to establish His will on earth as it is in Heaven.

KEY STEPS TO TAKING YOUR POSITION OF AUTHORITY

#1. Identify Christ Identity in you

Understanding who He is and who you are in Him enables you to take your position of authority.  Jesus Christ is the King of Kings, Lord of Lords, Father of light, alpha and omega and He seated on the throne of majesty, on the right hand of our Heavenly Father in the Heavenly places.

From understanding and discovering more about our Lord Jesus Christ, you know who you are in Christ Jesus.   To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. Colossians 1:27

Christ  in you, the hope of glory and the Holy Spirit is a guarantee that He has a dwelling place in you.  His power is at work in you and through you to manifest His power and authority over every situation in your life, marriage, business and environment as it has already been established in heaven.

#2.  Walk in the image and likeness of Christ

We are created in the image and likeness of God, we have His DNA flowing through us (Genesis 1:27).  Therefore as Sons and Daughters of the Most High God, Kings and Queens, Lords and Royal Priesthoods, it is time to enforce your position of authority.

But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; 1 Peter 2:9

In every situation, I always ask myself what would Jesus had done, how would He have reacted to the scenario.  Consequently I respond in the same manner as Jesus Christ.  It could be difficult sometimes to behave in His likeness because of our sinful nature.

When you decrease so that He increases and permit the Holy Spirit to take full control, you gradually begin to walk like Him, talk with boldness and confidence like Him and be a reflection of His overflowing love.   .

#3.  Put on your royal  garments

We are Royalties who have dominion over our designated territories,  I believe that’s where the word KINGDOM (King Dominion) originated from.

Why don’t you put on your robe of righteousness, crown of His glory, hold your scepter/staff of rulership  as you seat with Jesus Christ on the throne in Heavenly places and enforce His decrees as royalties according to His will, purpose and plans and turning your circumstances around (Psalm 45:6, Isaiah 61:10, Isaiah 62:3, Ephesians 1:20, Revelations 3:21).

#4.  Decree a thing

When you decree a thing it shall be established because of the power of life and death in your spoken words.
You will also declare a thing, and it will be established for you;  so light will shine on your ways. Job 22:28.  Do not take the words that proceeds from you mouth for granted. Once spoken it can never be retrieved.
The words you confess are sealed and sent forth to establish or uproot, build or destroy as you desire according to His will on earth as it is in Heaven.  Believe with your heart and confess with your mouth by faith and it shall come to pass (Romans 10:10)
With these these key steps to possessing your position of authority you can move mountains, you can destroy the works of the enemy and smash down every stronghold that has hindered you from moving forward.  I can truly testify that your words shall be like a double edged sword that pierces the heart of men and an hammer that breaks rocks into pieces (Hebrews 4:12, Jeremiah 23:29)

While at work listening to music, the song that drew my attention was Through it all by Andrae Crouch .  I took time out to reflect on the words of the song.  Asking myself questions of if I have been able to trust Jesus through all the trials and tribulations, ups and downs of life, when all around you are not working according to your intentional plans.  Could I really say through it all I have learnt to trust Him all the way?

Trusting God  during challenging times can be so difficult and frustrating because your mind cant seem to comprehend why you dont have a job yet when you are highly experienced in your field of  job application.  Or why your marriage is breaking down and the Lord says trust Me I can and will work it out.  Could it be that you have found yourself in a difficult dilemma that you cant seem to get out off.

With your mind you know what the Word of God states and with your heart you believe.   In my opinion trust has so much to do with the heart than the mind.  Because sometimes you might have a deeper understanding of the Word but do you believe without a doubt, beyond reasonable doubt that He is able and willing to see you through it all.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him,  and He shall direct your paths. Proverbs 3:5-6

God allows you to pass through lonely hours of trials and tribulations so you can learn to trust Jesus Christ all the way through till you receive your breakthrough and triumphant victory in Him.

It is time to thank God for those mountains and valleys that you have been passing through in the past and present.   Appreciate Him for walking with you through those mountains and teaching you to trust in Jesus.  As He teaches you through the power of the Holy Spirit, you learn to depend completely on His Word.

He never fails, He will never fail you so through it all can you learn to trust and believe in God ?  His Word remains the same yersterday, today and forever.   When He speaks it comes to pass.  Will you be patient through it all to see the end of the matter, for the end is better than the beginning.
